Hi SBT, I recall Markku stated it was a "Hiccup but there was never an explanation. "The CFO left the company soon after the Hiccup, maybe he took his eye off the ball causing the covenant to be triggered,.Before the Hiccup the SP was well over £3 ,and despite all the recent postive news it hasn't really recovered. back to the pre Hiccup SP.ATB,WG

Wouldn't exercising the options lead the market to believe that Faron are not in negotiations with a partner,as there is no closed period for directors trading?

Hi Santhi123.Yes, the SP did recover in May on positive news,then the Jalkenans decided to sell a shed load of their shares to fund their charitable foundation, and the SP went from £2.65 down to £2.20,and hasnt really recovered despite more positive news.Anyway hopefully negotiations are on going concerning the funding of the P3 trials, and a RNS could drop anytime. Hi Koozer,Yes I agree about your sentiments regarding the AIM market, luckily Faron is also on the NAS,where most of the trading happens, AIM is a bit of a side show.That said,recently HEMO has had a huge rise in SP going from £1.46 in early August to over £9 .ATB WG

Hi ,rick5 focus, The good thing is that the majority of PIs invested in Faron are invested via the NAS in Finland,And also Tom Erick and Timmo have a substantial stake in Faron,and have had for many years. Both of them will want to realise a good return on their investment in Faron, Also Timmo is on the board to represent Shareholders .The only problem we might have as PIs invested via AIM is that Faron may delist from AIM,as the AIM market is a lot smaller than the NAS.ATB WG.

Yes,ohforthesea, both Hemo and Imm have rocketed in the past two days.Hopefully it wont be too much longer before Faron takes off.ATB WG.

Carnegie have estinated that a partner deal would be worth a total of 600m,to Faron ,which is why they are estimating fair value at 310 to 360 Euros.. I believe that is very conservative, bearing in mind the postive updates as regards BEX,and also other recent partnering deals.ATB,WG

Hi Howard,,Most of the action for Faron takes place over on the NAS,in Finland. The trading on the AIM market is a side show compared to the the volume traded over on the NAS,which is a good thing,I believe that since the last major raise at 1 Euro Faron has become a bit of a traders share. Any way we may well be able to buy a few more shares below £2,before any rerate. ATB,DYOR,WG.
