Hi greg, I Seem to remember that in May last year Faron were busy trying to keep the company financially afloat after the February 20th "hiccup ".I feel that 2025 will be an exciting year for Faron, hopefully BP partnering negotiations are on going, and a RNS will drop with good news soon.ATB,WG

Hi GreenManDK, yes I believe that 2025 will transfomative for Faron.I m not so sure that there will be a raise,it depends on how any negotiations with BP are progressing. Anyway hopefully us LTHs will be rewarded for our patience very soon.ATB WG.

Faron will have to announce soon how they are going to fund the company beyond the end of March.No news could be good news as it may mean a BP partner deal is imminent. ATB WG.

Hi Greg,yes Its probably another SSV moment or hiccup moment. Like Farther like Son.I agree that sometimes it's best to say nothing unless you are absolutely sure of something happening.

Although we still have one and half trading days,left in December, you never know!!!!

SP has perked up.today over on NAZ,up over 6%.On nearly 160k volume.Maybe we will get the December SP inflection after all?

Hi Delano,I'm still positive about Faron and Bex,we may not need another raise if Julho can get a Partner deal over the line before March.Apparently we are funded until June 2025,but a raise will be needed to keep Faron on the right side of the IPF covenant. ATB WG.

Yes,Cov ,Its been a one trick pony for quite some time now with Bex. But Faron are now in sight of the end of Bex P2 trials.with very positive data We also have a world class SAB on board. The fly in the ointment is that financially Faron will be running on fumes come the new year,and any partners will be well aware of this.We have become a bit of a traders share post the last raise, many that bought in at 85p,are now on a free ride .The next 3 months will be pivotal for Faron one way or another,.Hopefully negotiations are on going in the background and we will have positive news as regards a partner in the near future.As a LTH I do understand your criticism of Faron especially the SSV comment by Markku.,then the so called hiccup in February. At least we now have the SH oversight committee with Timmo and the largest Pension fund keeping an eye on the board.. ATB WG.

Yes I think you may well be right.Faron are funded to June,but the I PF covenant will trigger around the the end of March 2025,also around the time of the final P2 read out Hopefully Partner negotiations are on going ,and there may be no need for a further raise Either way we will soon find out.
