Longtermview, I have not decided which way to vote yet and still have plenty of time to make my mind up. One of the issues I am trying to understand is if the vote was to turn down the offer why would anyone increase the offer as if it goes into administration surely the price it will be saved for will be a lot less with shares becoming worthless. This is a genuine question and would love the answer to be that I have got it wrong. Many thanks for any help, GLA

As posted earlier today by another poster. Valirx PLC shareholders voted against their board today ....resulting in 41.5% drop in share price so far today . Not a great confidence booster is it? Imo

AlanG( like myself ) a long term investor here and his post are always honest and useful. Sadly what started out to be investing in and following a great project has not worked out the way we wanted , his talk is not cheap , maybe like him we should learn from our mistakes and be cautious. GLA

I would love to see no bad options, but after many years of being invested here for the first time sadly I fear the end is near. Like many this has cost me big time , invested of my own free will, sadly imo the big hole in the ground is about to swallow us up

Come on be honest give all possibilities of the outcome of a no vote. I am Alth and would love to think a no vote would definitely be a good thing and not a total wipe out. Remember depending how much you invested depends how much you have to lose

Going on past history when the price drops then the next day bad news arrives and the price plummets. Hope I am wrong but even my hand is hovering over the sell button. This offer could be withdrawn

Trinityman Poor old Casapinos was employed on the boat and only earning a crust. He was supplying the wind for the sails so it was full speed ahead and mouth wide open.

Things moved fast on here......from what we all thought was a sure win to where we age now. Good luck but that’s just your opinion...... buyers beware!!

I invested here just before planning was past . Since then I like everyone else listened to ministers like Amber Rudd talk about this project as great example of the future of the northern power house(on question time) to give one example. I’ve watched the videos and updates as Dove Nest farm has been developed. I’m not ashamed or embarrassed to say I truly believed investing here would give me the opportunity to financially secure the future for my heirs. Sadly things have not worked out but I do not consider myself an idiot only unlucky that I am not blessed with the power of being able to see into the future. It’s been a tough lesson and I totally agree with the advise to step back and take some time out and not panic into trying to reinvest into another so called multi bagger to get monies back. All of you take care and in time all of you will get over this however much this is hurting at the moment.
