LBG, this could be due to the fact that there is only a small float of shares available on open market, hence if IG need to hedge, then that would be a problem....particularly if they had to borrow shares for short hedge positions. Good thing is, it does not take much buying to get a nice pop in SP....below are details on Shares issued: A tiny Market Cap of £11 Million, however, there are very few shares out there for us to buy...Issued Shares of only 170Million of which Institutional Investorsown almost 40% at 65Million shares...then a little over 10% is owned by insiders (18Million shares)..... this only leaves only 87Million shares on market.....

still 6 BUY orders to 1 SELL.....folks are keen to buy...as they should be at these levels..

indeed LBG...however, new limit does not kick in until June, by then I expect you may not get so many as we will have received orders (maybe as early as next week at Trade Show)....and SP maybe closer to Broker targets of 13p.....

number 1, you do not know for sure that it was a sale....? number 2, apology for what..? I asked for evidence, you have provided the best there is.....but whether it was a buy or a sell (as always is the case on AIM), is teneous at best...

thx Rob, indeed, not sure why ACTA should be valued on such a lower matrix....clearly, the Brokers think that ACTA should be valued from 22M to 35M based on valuations between 13p and 21p......it is just a matter of time....common sense will prevail....I would not be surprised to hear news of an order next week coming form the Hannover Trade Show.....

8p + by Friday.....investors will want to be long prior to Hannover Trade Show.....

think Wintzy needs to show us the evidence, if unable to do so, then Wintzy needs to take a very close look at Securities Laws with respect to spreading information that is known to be untrue or factually incorrect....it is one thing to have opinions, it is another to make false claims..?
