Yes good for you Dip666 and i mean that , but as they say there is more than one way to skin a cat (its a saying) i love all animals.
Privatisations started me off BT/GAS / ELEC etc etc i knew nothing about any and did not care, but they were all money spinners at the time, then the dot com bubble in 2000, took my chance on a company called Affinity Internet holdings, knew nothing about that , but put my money where my mouth was and made x amount, been playing the maret ever since, what i have learnt is you do not have to have a indepth knowledge of any company to make money , just have the nerve and timing to buy and sell, i have seen so many AIM investors who have been in a profit situation and just dont know when to sell and have lost the lot.

Good post Wolfy81, thats my problem on here so many claim to be experts and have in depth knowledge of mining etc etc and if you dont have knowledge, you should sell up and leave, what a load of nonsense, everybody is just guessing like the rest of us and as i have said before we all have one common goal to make money , its simple.
Just to remind the so called experts, the majority of you have a car, but do you know how the engine works, no ,but has long as it gets you from A to B you dont care, here endeth todays lesson.

Maybe the RNS is delayed due to covid and bad weather.

Just to clear things up and answer your question
- Following delivery of the PEA, in the event Alien elects not to contribute pro-rata to its 25% interest, Capstone Mining has the ability to sole-fund the costs of a Prefeasibility Study (PFS) to earn an additional 5% in Donovan 2 (bringing their holding to 80% and Alien 20%)

- Thereafter, each party will fund their pro-rata interest in the Project or dilute according to industry standard mechanisms. In the event Alien dilutes to below 5%, it's interest will convert to a 2% Royalty

- The Transaction with Capstone delivers the potential for immediate advancement of the Donovan 2 Copper-Gold project while allowing Alien to focus exploration activities across its project portfolio.
So if we don't come up with money,which we have not got (big bucks) to cover our share we will convert to a 2% yes 2% royalty and even that can go to a 1% royalty with another clause.

Silverhorse states Max is a very geniune person, how does he know.
No one knows who is who on this board and who is telling the truth and my favourite, i own x amount of shares etc etc.
Look no one can call this share and thats what i like, everybody even Max is just guessing, remember Max said heavy newsflow after xmas,( technically that staement carries true until xmas this year lol.) but it did not happen.
Remember i am invested i will listen to everyone and never block anyone, but i do not trust, believe anyone on this board, but we all have the same goal to make a profit.
I really do not want a board where everyone is agreeing with each other and patting each other on the back , i want opinions and realistic views of the compnany, good or bad.
Heres a question to start a debate:-
Bill secured a JV with Capstone, was it a good deal for us or capstone.
I hope the next JV is negotiated in our favour, just my opinion as a SHAREHOLDER.

Sorry but i have to dissagree with you and smiler, the markets wants facts, there is already delays with there timescales and thats why we are where we are, nothing new from the webinar and no RNS prior to it and i believe it will drop.
As for the point of 5 mins on share talk, its the perfect platform for a GREAT CEO to sell his vision to perspective new shareholders, this is my problem and always have been, his webcasts do not inspire me, with his hesitant speeches and pauses, Mmmmmmmm.
I like the company and i am invested, but short term as i have said above, i believe this will drop, just remember you dont have to like everything about a company to invest.

Maybe they have got wind of news and are selling Wolfy81,ready to buy back in next week at a lower price.

Unfortunately I do not believe we will get a update RNS before the 20th and at the webinair we will be told nothing new except the usual Mmmmm
This will affect the share price and maybe we could drop back to the 0.8 mark based on no new facts.
Now on the positive side,you would have the chance to buy more at a cheaper price ,if you believe in the company long term , I am invested and believe we will come good, when who knows.
I believe this is out of Bill,s hands and we just have to wait and the webinair will be used to re cycle existing facts Mmmmmmm

If you was a investor in a company after doing your research and the B/b is disputing issues and arguing the toss ,as long as you make money would you really care .

Agree with some of your points jemchipsa as i have previosly mentioned, but i do not agree with your statement (This is easily a share you need to forget about for at least 12 months )
This share is so volatile its unbelievable, it needs to be checked daily, there is money to be made on this share reguarly and when solid positive news lands out of the blue this will rocket and on that day there will be more money to be made on daily highs etc.

No real move in share price as expected, more speculation and possibilities, until hard factual news is delivered by a RNS ,this will remain around 1p
