Why set a timescale of 60 days if its that complicated as you say,i think they have more knowledge than you and they set it.
But we have until next Friday, so we will wait and see.

Fully understand that,but you are missing my point,myself and the markets need a Rns to clarify the situation before the 60 days.
No Rns before the 60 days is up and the Markets can only speculate and it won't be positive.

So basically we are all guessing and nobody actually knows, why would you go into a 60 day agreement knowing you have not got a licence.

There are lots of things i do not understand, but when a statement concerning a 60 day agreement is in place,I expect an explanation ie Rns before that 60 day period is up. Simples

I would have to say that between now and Friday 28th Oct that there has to be a RNS concerning the deal.
1. The deal is agreed
2. The deal is ongoing
3. The deal is off the table
No Rns concerning the deal before that date and the market will take this share down.
So message to Rod (Alien,) I know they follow the chat, the clock is ticking , you have talked the talk, it's now time to walk the walk.
Give us that Rns good or bad we can take it.

Does any civil engineer,s know the approximate time scale to construct the haul road, for the Dso to be shipped.

I have asked myself this question Chris and the share price will plummet and I will have lost on my gamble. If AA pull out, they will have a good reason and I don’t believe any other company will finance Alien, due to the hypothetical reason that AA used.
But but but but on a positive note, which I am extremely and I bought more shares recently, I see no reason whatsoever, that the AA deal will not go ahead and within the 60-day period, as I have said before they have been in talks with Bill for months prior to this 60-day agreement and they know who they are getting into bed with and the future deals that are to come.
Both companies are going to benefit enormously from this, but like any deal the clock is ticking, you need to meet deadlines, we need the deal signed, the finance in place, the offtake agreement signed, the haul road built and the first fully loaded wagons on there way.
All this is possible within the first quarter of 23, with strong management, finance and a skilled workforce, that’s what I’m betting on.

Unfortunately its just a case of being patient and waiting for news to drop,we are getting so close to the end of that tunnel, that we can now see the light.
If there was any unfortunate news ,I believe it would have leaked by now,so I rule that out.
So just put your feet up and have a cuppa,until we get our pay day.
The price in my opinion is cheap,so I have bought more.

So now all the tantrums are over and the children have thrown their toys out the pram, can we focus back on Alien Metals.
Looking at the Rns for the AA deal, the 60 days are up on Sunday 30th October.
Exclusive right commences immediately and will conclude the earlier of 60 calendar days after IOCA delivers to Anglo American an agreed Base Case Financial Model together with all necessary supporting documents or such later date that the parties may agree upon.
So i personally cannot see why this could be wrapped up earlier, due to the fact that Bill had been talking to them prior and the base case financial model from Alien should have been prepared for a while ,with just a few tweaks .

Well I will put my hand up,its not looking good for my Super September, but hey that's life.
Everything seems on course for Q1 2023, no Rns saying of setbacks for this date from the company, so all systems go.
Still confident of a massive difference in price between now and Xmas(this year),based on anticipated future profits.
Just remember it only takes one Right type of Rns and this companies valuation changes in seconds.

I see a very undervalued company ( Alien Metals) about to turn a major corner.
Months away from generating a profit with Dso,Anglo American on board,no reason why the deal won't be sealed, considering they have been talking a long time ,prior to this deal.
For AA this is the start of getting their foot in the door,bigger and better deals to be done in the future, other companies looking and checking the potential of Alien and Rod the guy to take these deals forward.
Price of dso will always fluctuate,like everything in life,but this company is not a one trick pony and I am convinced Rod will turn this into a MMMM,mega making money monster .

Very impressed with Rodders,first little chat ,he comes over as a John Smith,s sort of guy ,no nonsense,as the advert used to depict.
He wants to focus on two projects, and get them up to speed, that will do for me.
No sitting on the fence and dithering and the markets will soon realise that this is happening and soon.

I do think its about time that Rod,stepped out of the shadows and introduced himself.
Everything is supposed to be in place, for Rod to take over the reigns and lead us with his vision.
So one actual fact about these B/b is that they are read by people from the companies involved, so hopefully Rod will come forth very soon.
