Looking at that website, does not add up for me.
No mention of heritage clearance and we ain't taking our first step,until that's cleared and we are half way through Q1 now
No mention of the 60 day talks starting with AA to secure the funding.
Its half way through Q1 according to the website we are starting production in Q3 and no real factual news from the company, this is a factual statement as of today.
If you was transforming a company from a explorer to a producer,that was about to generate its first ever profit, over this timescale, your Pr would be throwing every piece of factual statements concerning the progress up to date,at the market to add value to this share, over the period of this time,thats my short opinion for today.
But for me they have the rest of Feb and all of March to impress me with that up-to-date RNS

No statistical reason for March Smiller,just that if a company is going from a explorer to a producer by the end of the year and this is a major transition, and 3 months of that year had already gone,if everything was going to plan,they should be shouting it from the roof tops in sheer extasy, but if no news and all quiet, then something is just not right and that would be why,they are not telling us.

Lets hope we get at least one Rns with a update before March 31st,thats my personal cut off date,because as I have mentioned previously, I will have to re consider my position, maybe another Lemsip on the cards.
If no RNS update by then will only add fuel to the fire,about there future plans,I'm hoping and I believe that everything is on track,but if we have 3 months solid with nothing coming out of the company, we should all be concerned.
We will all sit and speculate until that time comes.

You are right Hh,this is the issue I have with these discussion boards,that there are definite links ,between posters on here ,backing each other up at every opportunity and defending when necessary, same names keep cropping up.

I sense a little tension in the air today, being patient is really difficult I do understand, but the markets are unforgiving and rightly so, they deal with facts and not emotions, today we are down 5.96%, they say no news is good news, not in respect of the Aim market.
This talk about their new website and there laid out timescales, it means nothing, its just their guidelines, which they can change when they want and not be questioned.
The last RNS, (yes Alien directors a Rns is a factual statement, which has to be proved) was on 24th October 2022- ioca update, concerning the following:-
· Heritage clearance expected in Q4 2022
· Mining licence expected to be granted in Q1 2023
Now I know its changed on your NEW website and I know what the word expected means, but from your shareholders and the markets, we need a update, we need a explanation for the reason why you changed your timescales, its not complicated and it’s not unreasonable, I guess you had time through DRY January to compose one or if not its looking like DRY February as well if you have your way.
Markets need reassuring and just in case you forgot its called an Rns, your website or smokescreen, really means nothing, so when you have a window, give us a update, simples.
I will wait, but hopefully not too long.

Have you got any idea of their financial position at present, i know its a guesstimate, but usually you have a better idea than most.
Obviously with no money coming in, for longer than we thought and money going out with wages etc, wondered if you could come up with a figure.

That's why I have said that if no news by march this year, on both licences, which is the start of the ball rolling and that would say to me that there is a big problem and i would need to re evaluate.
When I say news i mean a Rns confirming both licences or a company update on the reason why, I don't mean a worthless tweet

It certainly will drop if another raise is mentioned and deep down Max knows this, makes you wonder what his motive is, always on the defence when ufo is questioned. Mmmmmmmm

It makes you wonder why AA initially did not put all the money on the table , they can clearly afford it , while Alien would always have to raise it and AA knows that, so it would have been in their interest to , smooth out the finance, but they did not and i wonder why.

So we will refer to it as the NTA in the future.
Hope the NTA comes tomorrow and then the mining licence soon after,then we will be cooking on gas.

I was just thinking, maybe the board had a good drink over the Christmas period and decided to have a Dry January, fair do,s they are doing well so far,just trying to lighten the mood a little.

I am listening to your concerns today,about the heritage licence, but unfortunately it is out of Alien,s hands we just have to patiently wait ,until it lands.
My position as of now is quite positive, but like I have previously mentioned, if there is no heritage licence and no news from Alien buy the end of March 2023 I will totally restructure my holdings, on the understanding that something is majorly wrong, every individual investor has their own strategy and this is mine.
On the extreme positive side,it could land on Monday, we shall see.

Well if Nap is right,we still have Monday and Tuesday of next week, for the heritage clearance to come through before the end of the month.

Well unfortunately until news arrives, it looks like a certainty, but as they usually say on here, what a wonderful chance of a top up.
