Wouldn't it be coy of someone to use this as a smoke screen to gain some thing like intellectual property rights or to stop whatever venture Lynch was you that could damage a business? I would say around 3 -5 movement is what should be happening with all the good news here. It is indeed very much undervalued. However knowing this share as both you and I do without the static interference of the day traders we both know what would be happening here with the good news if it went for them.
