OGA forced the removal of the Buchan FPV because the way it was being operated was seen as being detrimental to the wider Buchan area redevelopment. This is the first time they had used the power to do such a thing.

Neptune are operating Cygnus at max capacity, so I can’t see what value it is to them free up space. However, I see we are in a place similar to new building sites where affordable housing has to be included in order to get planning. I suspect in the FDP document there was a commitment to giving space to third parties and allow opening up of new area development. . If they are not doing it, OGA can impact prod consents etc.

House has been very vocal about the gas spec causing multiple shut-ins and how he wants the spec relaxed. There may be some bargaining going on.

Airlines will have KPIs, many will be linked to passenger well being. During the trials I would have hoped the number of DVT related incidents would have dropped significantly. If this was the case, and it continues with the wider launch, it will gravitate to coach class and numbers would rise accordingly. As long as the passengers are told why they should take it.

BTW, I see FF like LED TVs. Once £2600, now £200, only a few bothered, now we all have them.
