Not sure about orphans and other tosh but looking at this from a technical perspective seems a bounce is just around the corner. Lots of support at this level and next couple of days should decide if it’s going to bounce and strengthen. I’ll buy in at that point.

im relatively new here so stand to take a haircut on my 9p entry.

however, a number of companies have placed/ rights issued over the last year - mostly for liquidity perspectives rather than something as robust as this.
PI's usually get missed out as they will always be a discount to drum up interest. if it helps, i did participate in the whitbread one which was a huge discount, first one to PI's and made a nice profit. i'll see if there are any bargains but not expecting it! The news that this is to crack on with the development is key

Agreed, I’m not pitching for the used car style oilers- I’d been looking for ones with finds and part developed - have a look at ecr or hzm both in my view awaiting results/ jvs which will add to the valuation. Think Glen may be one for the isa bloody loads of candidates outweighing my cash pot!

Every dog has its day. If they always say the price will go down... inevitably it will. What has changed in the last 2 weeks? Nothing. Any moves are a response to a) everyone buying weed or crypto on the aim or b) people repositioning for the rebound that is being promised.

I’ve spent the last 10 days making more money on aim stocks than this has for me for the last 3 months.

Agree on the NDA piece for any potential JV. There will be some serious backlash if this leaks.

If I was negotiating the Jv id be trying to link in some thing with Baileston. That’s my view why it’s taking longer to get finalised. Also a stack of legal / MA underway at the moment so that side is going to create delay

i took some off the table today but still have a useful chunk and an auto trade set up if theres a crafty drop like today. ....

ive tried to do both. i simply struggle with the patience to be an investor where you're not close to the business as feel somewhat in limbo.

I played with ARB and have taken a 2.5 x multiple out- ive learnt

a) i can never call the top or bottom
b) take the profit when its on the table
c) never trade without understanding the share or following the herd..... made that mistake a few too many times!

stuck with a couple of shares that i thought i could trade and after deciding to exit, watch in the proverbial rear view mirror as they recover.

The online/ app basis of investing does some how make it more interactive and immediate to execute which doesnt help when i should sit on my hands!

i'm 35% up on my portfolio but lots of slower burn shares now that i hope will deliver the bigger returns as my initial forays into the markets were in shares i understood from work background but these were all FTSE 250
the serious gains come outside of this but the tips and research are key. I'll tend to keep my portfolio split 65/35 longer term with "fun" money although Mrs W always finds a reason to dip into this......

Fella, excessive ramping is as bad for the new investor as the de ramping. Don’t be the last man standing and don’t do this ‘diamond hand sh@te’. Set you goal and stick to it or at least take some profit / re evaluate at that point- my sell is set for £3. Have other shares that don’t give the same buzz or heart attack as this one!! Slow burn but multi baggers!

Yip, I’ve a target for every share. At that point re evaluate market/ fundamentals/ risk. Ultimately a free ride is the aim and slicing and banking profit is the key.
I’m ultimately conservative and wish you well holding to the moon. I want to see the cash at some point! I’m not doing this for my kids benefit !!

Started this share as a quick turnaround with a 94p entry and now setting a £3 exit.

it's not a theory. Price will fall by the div payment, however many other factors then at play.

so the only thing guaranteed is that c.4p will come off the SP. once it goes Ex div. however some may buy in on a cheaper share/ some may be selling off once they get the divi. so no guarantee where the sp will start or end the following day..... sorry but don't base the buy or sell on a day with a share like Bp - pick a more volatile/ interesting small cap if thats the sort of query that concerns you.

Just because us market is closed doesn’t prevent the us investor buying other shares fella. Come on.
