Last year was almost comical trading it, I only trade with a small tax paying account, was too predictable, they would always pump it for EGHOS to get out. Buy low sell on pump days. I did a few times as it became easy. Has been a joke since I followed it, hints of potential but utter disrespect to shareholders.

Fancy a guess at the 2022 NAV, Yeah I checked the accounts it's in dollars. However that was before Luycd launched and raised $600,000 giving a value of $6m for that subsidiary. Add the salt progress we will see, FDA approval and some more Guident news we will be doing very well. This is one of my top picks for 2021, will see a good re rate from here. Every now and then some shares are no brainers, this one ticks that box for me.

My thoughts exactly Cam, and when it does get through to accounts, the market will have known why for a long time and the share price will have re rated. It's because TEK is an Investment firm the NAV gets used. We all know the value of the current four investments is way over our current market cap, it's just a case of when they are realised.

It gets to the stage where people are interested in the listing at this low a market cap. Saves a lot of time money and effort to list, just buy a cheap shell company which is what this has become. That's why I'm asking how much you all hold? Even I'd be interested in doing something with it if I could get a team together.

If you look at the recent RNS about Lucyd it values the subsidiary at $6m after the crowd funding. So i'd say our NAV will be a lot higher come a year when we've had more progress with the investments.

@Jolly, I got it from Stockopedia, Book value per share 29.8p down from 35p last year with the better service revenue (no covid)

I took a punt again here on the first bad RNS with EGOS. On the 2nd bad one, I sold at a loss as it looked to much like a planned attack, this was always a very risky share. The key reason being, the BOD never once bought a single share. If that doesn't tell you something, I don't no what will. Also you can follow the company history and its backers to see how things have always gone down.

Is it enough to do a shareholder take over? I'm sure the 6 most experienced business people on this bb could run the company better than it has been. Blockchain music data base with smart contracts? Music world is crying out for fair distribution of royalties and rights. Blockchain would solve it. They must have dumped all this paper on PI's so PI's will hold serious amounts of the company. Reddit revolt? Shall we get them to buy it haha.

Indeed, this moves up quickly when demand is there. Hold your shares. It just pushes it higher.

NAV is 29p now, before FDA approval, before Salt Me gets going, Lucyd v2 doing well. Can see that NAV growing a lot this next year.

My research had us on a PE of 2 last year and 5 this year with the slightly less on the services side this year. That of course is without viewing the four investments progressing heavily this year. Financial's look damn good when you consider it values the company very cheaply and gives no future value to the investments.

There is a few things that could be better but i think our four investments about to explode in growth will have all those covered.

I've always been baffled there is so many on these boards looking for green baggers, covid baggers, healthy baggers, new tech baggers that this has gone under the radar for so long. It literally has every box ticked for good investment in 2021.

No fund raise Mick, TEK is a gem of a company to the shareholders. Basically later today, the USA will start to wonder who this new UK firm are thats listed. Anyone doing research will realise they've found a gift. I expect the US market to help greatly in the re rate of TEK's silly low market cap for the potential they have.

Feels like a broken record this but here we go, For those that actually followed, (DYOR as well as read others) they would have read my philosophy of hold till something fundamentally changes. It did, I was expecting all systems go in Sept. By now I was expecting we'd have had details of the first successful securitisation and be well onto the 2nd. By March I was expecting 6 months of paying customers in results. It's Jan and we are still suspended because of accounts delays and date changes and are told securitisation by end of Q1. 6 months behind schedule. Add the selling of shares which was visible but not RNS'd (which now has been and showed selling as truth).

Also, I had witnessed a 1000% growth of SYME so all I did was take it back to the 10% maximum holding I will allocate in my portfolio to any one stock. It's called profit and I thought thats what we are all here for? To try and use our judgement to maximise our profits. That's what I did, If I was profiting from the pump and dump I was accused of I'd have sold at .9 or .8 or .7 or .5 not .4p.

Lets just hope we get back to trading and soon.

Lovely bit of news! The USA will really help put us on the map. Those investors will see what we have here and the market cap and they will lap it up. Also a great move before FDA news..

Would never short a thing, Indeed Luckybob is correct, I sold 90% of my holding because it became about 70% of my portfolio. Still got that 10%.

No need to start flirting Share guy, I still hold here. New investors can't buy till the suspension is lifted anyway. If you think those reddit posts are good for SYME in the long term all good, i don't.
