Don't like seeing private investors taken the **** out of Parm.

That pro active report is paid for by SYME and carefully talks of "market cap" not share price, wonder why eh?

Maybe the massive sells of the last few days that have dragged the SP down, and its only just started. If and when things come good, the dilution will take any PI profits for a while.

Of course after all the posts yesterday, SYME who clearly read these boards and react to them.

SYME decided to tell its share holders it would try and find a new deal today.

More mystery investors eh. Like those who were leant shares for the first monetisation?

I was taken in by AZ yes, I emailed him personally a lot in the early days. The original plans are long gone along with any projected SP I may have worked out in the past. AZ has not delivered and has cost shareholders dearly.

People talk of paid de rampers, I wonder how many here are paid by SYME.

The key thing in the paid for report by pro active is their wording.

The market cap can grow to....

Not the share price can grow to...

Why, dilution.

To any newbie or inexperienced investor. Dilution is your enemy. Needed sometimes yes when there is no other options. But it always come at a price for private investors.

- 813 million New Ordinary Shares as consideration to the TradeFlow sellers;

- 500 million New Ordinary Shares as consideration to intermediaries and introducers which support the deal;

- approximately 164 million New Ordinary Shares as conversion of the first 10% of the Convertible Loan Notes issued and subscribed by Negma Group as per the RNS of 16 June 2021.

Expect it to continue.

My figures were worked out on what AZ or SYME wrote in RNS's. Remember £4bn in 2021. IM by last Sept. £8bn by 2024!!!!

Thats what was being highlighted by DA. Funding problems. The narrative this board had was way off. He has been proven correct.

Steve, It was months and months ago. I left telegram after DA showed all the bits. I had a friend show me their Bloomberg. No docs. DA had all the docs pinned, I read them but did not dl them.

6 months or how ever long later. It's all been proven correct via SYME's actions.

I'm here because I think investors should read that RNS and others from a year ago and understand it's not always as it seems.

Well I confirmed Bloomberg independently away from any SYME chat or DA.

It showed lots of sales from who we were being told was buying. It also showed PI brokers accounts swelling.

The biggest ramper award goes to AZ I'm afraid. I still have the emails too.

For the record. What DA showed me was empty accounts he paid to access the details of.

Turns out he was right.

What DA was highlighting back then, as he spent £100's on obtaining records from the Italian companies house equivalent. Was SYME was going to need a fund raise and had no money.

This is why I sold, along with seeing Bloomberg screen shots from him and one other independent person who confirmed DA's screenshot that showed selling from those who we were being told were buying and loading of PI's.

What was most concerning was nobody else picking up on what he was saying and showing, Which in hindsight now, was correct.

Funniest thing of all, The narrative on the board spun it and that's when I could see who were "paid" and working together. Wasn't who you'd expected either ;)

I learned a lot last year.
