My thoughts are there is so much business that it's being put together into bigger packages. Now the II has seen whats coming, they want more, like a greedy PI buying up cheap shares.

I realised that a good while ago, Don't spend time researching good companies to then trade them.
BUY hold and don't let anything interrupt the power of compounding.
Far less time spent, less stress and when I look at my first holdings... More money made by doing less.

I don't believe the UK government let alone that dictatorship of a country. Not all is as it seems.

Yeap, which give periods of time in between news, especially in the early days, were teams of trolls can attack. That's a f**k the trolls RNS.

There has been strong demand from a number of investment funds (including private equity and multilateral financial institutions supporting businesses that are promoting post COVID growth) which are individually requesting exclusivity for the securitisation notes issuance, and which are also remaining available for strategic support to the Company for the next funding rounds. The Company is currently analysing whether to syndicate this first securitisation issuance or work on an exclusive basis with one of the Funds mentioned above. Meanwhile SYME is keen to complete the signing of binding contracts with regard to the Client companies forming part of the securitisation portfolio by the end of September.

@Neil, Small orders will be filled, not always. I was buying in 1m batches and they took a while sometimes.

@Beforegolf, Those are late printed trades. What I'm saying is late printed trades, are often from order filling. Order filling can often be bought in batches to make up the full order.

What I think has happened is PI's took this up fast, Lots of bigger players missed it. My posts probably helped take it up fast as it laid out how good this firm could be in a simple format.

There was institutions that bought at placing price, and directors bought at placing price. When this had had a 1000% rise, those bigger players that haven't bought yet, or wanted more, didn't want to pay that. They wanted in a better price. In come all the orders at the price they want to pay. Under ask. My conspiracy mind would add, in come the new posters to. As the orders are so big and outweigh live trades, they dictate demand and therefore price.

MM's first job, is the big orders.
After that its live trades, why is the first hour not open to retail or after hours?
Those are the big boys times.
Opening hours is when they get what the want from us for them.
As a PI, until you have serious capital, we are just by standers hitching rides and trying not to get shafted.
Research helps that from happening.

As do they think BMN will. Utter rubbish really, If you look at the heading In the article I post, I called it the "wall street investor ramp" Now we've had two drops they've changed it. Bull click bait to sign up users. It also forecasts a 100% rise on Friday for SYME.

You know the numbers from the RNS's, SYME get just under 1%net profit.
Once of the easiest companies I know to work out and value.
Right now its way undervalued, its just awaiting official close of the deals announced last month and it will move up.
