Can I transfer my shares or do I need to close and open an isa

I’ve got shares in hsbc invest direct…. I want to ask if Qed one day were to go up by 10x +, what impact will it have on my investment. For example if I invested 10k and it was no valued at 100k - if I was to close my shares

A) how much tax do they charge in my invest direct?

B) is it worth closing this and buying into an ISA but do I lose out?

Any help would be much appreciated…

Today just feels like a sucker punch to be honest, they raised the money after some great updates and optimism only to then give us this. If anything, is was not worthy of an RNS, silence wouldve been much better
