Using ITVs present day price as a benchmark toward a possible takeover is ludicrously cheap. This is merely a discussion which I dare say a prospective bidder would not enjoy. Thanks

Couple of years ago ITV was about £2.80 and Sky was about £8, now look at Sky. It's initial takeover price was £9 -£10.
As they say, never say never. A prospective buyer knows that there is nothing that Sky does that ITV will not be capable of. Thanks

I agree to an extant, however if one were to initiate a rough comparison and I realise there are constraints, I would conclude that ITV is about a third of Sky. And Sky is presently £ 17 +. Depending on the number of bidderst £6+ - £8+. Thanks

Well I have just bought in and it appears as a sell. I listened to Macy and levine and at the very least he actually has oil and gas both of which is actively being sold.So what one normally has to patiently await is already present although the price does not appear to reflect this and I believe this alone eclipses the Argentinian state of affairs. Levine struck me as pretty genuine. As the very least he is talking about an existing and active asset. Thanks

My experience of most consolidations is they introduce an automaticly greater downside gap. It may be psychological but I was aiming to top up at 16p , not any more. Hopefully there is some news coinciding with this action otherwise the resultant sp will be anyone's guess. Gla.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I generally agree with you. Sometimes Somethings are not in vogue and a lot of money is also squandered on companies without substance. A rising world population has a greater need for copper which by nature is resticted, thereby a marked price increase is inevitable Hence my posting to you as a common interest, which incidently is absent from my message board. Hi, I may be mistaken but I do believe that it is virtually inevitable that the two discussed fuels being gas and electric will both be prevalent via near future enhancements and no reason to suppose otherwise. In conjunction they would function beautifully together ie whilst in motion one would be charging the other. So much so that it would beg the question if other than for petrol what reason for a present day station .Thoughts? Thanks

Always the same with most of these aim shares, if you invest then only as a very quick "hit and run ".Otherwise as is generally the case you will get hit before you can run. Many wise investors avoid them altogether. Sorry for everyone

As I read under Director Deals, Mr Peter Hargreaves has a near 29 millions share stake in Itm, 5 millions of which acquired on the 19th of this month. Unless this information is wrong, he is very much in.
