I believe the calculation for the share price is not being calculated correctly the RSN states:

"The Investors may elect to convert the £10 million Advance into ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at any time and in any such proportion as they so choose upon delivery to the Company of a notice of conversion ("Conversion Notice"). The conversion price will be an amount equal to 80 per cent of the higher of: (i) the lowest single daily volume weighted average price ("VWAP") in respect of the Company's Ordinary Shares during the 10 trading days immediately preceding the date of the Conversion Notice; or (ii) 92.5 per cent of the VWAP for the 10 trading days immediately preceding the date of the Conversion Notice."

As of today, If you calculate the 80% of the lowest single daily volume weighted average price ("VWAP") (over the last 10 trading days) it is circa 0.0671. Or 92.5 per cent of the VWAP for the 10 trading days immediately preceding the date of the Conversion Notice. it is 0.683. so my calculation as of today makes the conversion price at 0.683 (the highest of the two calculations)

However if the conversion is Thursday/Friday. Assuming the current trend continues then the conversion price would be circa 0.624.

It does look like they are requesting to come back to the market.

This is the only glimmer I have to retrieve some of my money.

This is a frustrating situation that’s for sure.

No news is good news. So my money may come back one day.

We can only hope, but it’s a poor show to not give an update, even to say negotiations are ongoing. Deadlines have been extended.

Well I must say in this instance no news is not good news.

I cant understand how someone can put so much energy into something that they do not believe in.

You read between the lines and come up with something that fits your agenda (Your conspiracy theory has no grounds), and I'm sure you are not posting to help us poor hapless investors.

It does make you wounder if you are an angel sent down to protect us from ourselves, as it is Christmas after all.

If this is such a dead duck then get out and make your fortune somewhere else. Just banging on is not good for your state of mind.

Don’t want to think this, but as time rolls on the best outcome at this stage would be an extension.

The alternative is not good unless things are happening behind the scenes that will meet the deadline.
