You mean the case where they couldn't find a judge to hear the licence rejection? It seems there was indeed no grounds to reject hence the judge originally planned in for the hearing pulled out. That is the story we heard in the Kakinada office regarding the ongoing process.

There was nothing to buy. Hence the long auction and very little sells. Only one way to release stock for the buy orders sat........its almost as if someone knows something here. I remember a similar share years ago called rem. That moved 1200% if I remember correctly.
