Barondaytrading added 175,000 shares here recently at around 38p. He still has existing holding too. I've never heard anyone accuse him of ramping, his record speaks for itself. He is a multi bagger specialist.

AMER and IRON are completely different. The point I was making is that they share 2 directors, and the CEO of AMER has a 10% interest in IRON. Combined they have a very significant interest so their interests are aligned with shareholders.

Thanks for that. Yes I understand completely different circumstances between the two. But hopefully successful deals for both.

CEO of #AMER John Wardle also has an interest in #IRON through Tracarta Limited who have a 10% holding here.

Giles Clarke and Nick Harrison, both directors of the Company, are to participate in the Firm Placing, subscribing for 777,778 Ordinary Shares and 555,556 Ordinary Shares respectively. In addition, Westleigh Investments Holdings Limited ("WIHL"), a company wholly owned and controlled by Giles Clarke and Nick Harrison is to participate in the Placing, subscribing for 888,889 Ordinary Shares. Following the completion of the Placing and Second Admission, and subject to shareholder approval, Giles Clarke will hold an interest in 9,148,580 Ordinary Shares (representing 2.47% of the Enlarged Share Capital), Nick Harrison will hold an interest in 4,147,840 Ordinary Shares (representing 1.12% of the Enlarged Share Capital) and WIHL will hold an interest in 10,062,470 Ordinary Shares (representing 2.72% of the Enlarged Share Capital).

So they hold about 23.4m shares between them which were worth £1.2m in Oct 2016, and as much as £750,000 a few months ago in February 2019 when the shareprice was 3.2p. It is in their best interest to get a good deal.

Someone just pointed out to me that non exec directors Nick Harrison & Giles Clark of #IRON are involved with #AMER (Chairman and CFO) who are also selling up to maximize returns for shareholders. Interesting coincidence.

Hi guys, I bought in today at all time lows. With £4m market cap I am hoping that am offer is received significantly higher. They acquired the asset in July 2012 for £13.7m, so you'd think that with all the millions they've spent to develop and the increase of natural metal prices that a £14m offer isn't out of the question. But that's pure speculation on my part.

So 158m of the 200m placing shares went to one holder? That's good news for us. Should be able to clear any overhang much quicker.

Bodes well for Bagir

Look at April trading update RNS - cash is now £219,000 in April 2019 and they usually place once a year so hopefully no more dilution this year. At 300k market cap probably the best punt you can find on AIM

Derampers are in most stocks. Look at what happened with MXO, UFO, PSL, CHAL, WDC, SNT etc all terrible stocks with low market caps that went on to multi bag from lows.

Definitely worth a punt imo, £300k market cap with £220k cash. Cheapest on AIM

The worse the stock the more higher it spikes these days (unfortunately) which is why MOS is a prime candidate for a multi bagger

It's forming a good base around 2p area, lots of of buying. Bodes well.
