PBags i believe the board and major shareholders missed the opportunity at the AGM. He gets re-elected coz all his mates are major shareholders and they have weighted voting. Please corrrect me if im wrong anybody that is closer to this than me. He'll never get ousted because of this. Retirement is the only way - he keeps talking about he's a shareholder too and wants the best possible outcome - then he should have a good hard look in the mirror and move aside on his own free will.

PBags and Johnny if the issuance of the shares was going / known to have a positive impact on the sp then it wouldn't have fallen today as people would have been buying to take advantage of the bump up. Sorry to be party pooper and not de-ramping i just cant see how the additional shares will make sp move the way we want it to.

Another RNS about something else could potentially of course...two in one week...GR would have been busy on his typewriter. Not sure he has it in him ;)

I've been keeping a close eye on this waiting for the perfect moment to jump in...today gave me the chance. Absolutely delighted to be on board. Great product and far exceeds performance I've seen from any like products out there. Sure today wasn't ideal news but forecasts don't get hit all the time. I saw Moderna fall massively after they didn't meet their forecast....they've still done ok out of Covid though. Don't sweat it guys, this will be rising up again i'm sure. GLA.

i can tell you now nookie that this is not opening at 0.4p tomorrow. It may well go up, but if definitely isn't opening at 0.4.

I suspect he was predicting .28 based on the 13% dilution from the additional 3b shares. I don't think it will be like a normal dilution as they've already been gobbled up by Suzhou who are not going to sell so locked away.

another classic PREM day. People clambering for the RNS to confirm a deal that was pretty much set in stone and when it comes the sp drops 6% and the prospect of a 13% dilution tomorrow to come...you can't make this **** up. I don't know if anyone on this board has GRs ear or speaks / contacts him occasionally but it all stems back to a lack of trust on his ability to deliver. That is what is holding this ticker back, constant delays, poor communication, lack of trust. Doesn't matter how many Mt of Li is in the ground - means absolutely **** all until you get it out the ground and GR leading the way isn't going to get Prem anywhere fast

Can you not wait one day? Nothing's changed just because an RNS announcing a deal that we all know is happening hasn't come out on the specific deal closure date. Calm down and do some yoga or something. Yes GR is still in charge and yes he is a liability but chill out a little. The news will come...like you say it's GR so you should be expecting it to be late

Bickmaster these kind of testing and results at a company like ReadingScientific Services for example (UK based contract lab) would cost between £500 - £1000 per sample. We're not talking huge amounts of cash here. If GR and Prem are being charged vastly different then they are being ripped off by the lab. The QP oversight and approval of the results would likely be most expensive aspect but still not significant outlays. I would expect a fully QP approved set of results to cost 5k tops. Happy for someone to suggest otherwise as i'm basing that on Pharma rates/costs...may differ to mining but principles are the same

Cheers Snowking. 15 business days from 7th is today. Mine commencement would be great for this year, i hope they can see it through. It would be great to see at least a target set by GR. Nobody minds so much if a target is set and it slips slightly (with due reason of course) but this finger in the air planning / timeline setting...doesn't instill confidence, especially if they want to attract more institution investors
