An example of how quickly this share price moves on news can be seen in March this year.. 03rd Mar SP = 0.09p 04th Mar SP = 0.78p So once (if) they issue positive news the SP can jump extremely quickly.......

This share price continues to fall and is looking more and more attractive. Only a few months left (max) before they have to put their cards on the table, I wonder where the bottom level will be...?

They have to publish something by March 2015. It's within the AIM Rules. COMS will not have anything to do with it ....

Think of the worst case scenario...... Only 5 more months to go....

Looks like in the mean time mate the SP will continue to fall away. I know some have bought in for the long haul, and others let their profits ride from the previous VMP, but as you say, the only thing that will change things here is news of a project.....I am still sitting on the fence, which I have openly said many times ....

Closed periods are only applicable to directors or non directors that work for the company. Of course should anyone in the know also has to be very careful, and fir anyone owning a high % of the public shares I would think falls into that category. IMO it wouldn't be worth the risk of him to buy more shares knowing that news is imminent ... So, maybe Jan 2015 there could be massive news, well we can but hope I suppose. PS I didn't take your response as having a pop my friend, we've both been posting here for too long for that to happen, I was purely trying to explain my comment, as it appeared to raise questions about whether he was a director or not. By next Jan I hope to have spare cash to buy back VMP, and let's face it, they are permitted to delay news until March 2015 if need be.....

I meant that he has obviously sat down with the BOD in the first place to inject as much money as he did back in March. You don't put that amount of cash in on a punt, so he obviously knows what's going on, director or not. Now, knowing what he does, will be far more than the market knows and that's a given, so, my comment stands. You do not have to be on the BOD to be insider trading, you only need access to information not in the general market place. Sorry if I confused peeps.

123cheril If he is buying news can't be close... Otherwise he would be in danger of insider trading. There may be good news coming but not for a while yet....

If it's positive news that will be great, if it's "more work to be done" things won't look so cool ...

Not sure, over the last two days there has been more sells than buys, so not really sure that anything about to happen The buying pattern is not not good enough IMO to think news is coming ...soon anyway

Well nothing substantial appeared yet, but the SP is recovering well at the moment

But not sure that it will today, unless of course the drop is due to trying to gather up a large buy .....

Did LSE hide their buy then, as I can only see one buy since 04th Sept, and that wasn't very big .....
