I said I know people that have in other shares / companies Look, I'm not here to argue with you re who has done what to whom, nor who has any information in any share, I'm just telling you that these things happen, believe it or not.... So if you want to take this information to anyone you like, please do so, but I already know what answer you will get. Try writing to the FCA first and see what they say. Ok, you are obviously misinformed, albeit what you said I spatially correct. An NDA actual meaning is;- "A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is a signed formal agreement in which one party agrees to give a second party confidential information about its business or products and the second party agrees not to share this information with anyone else for a specified period of time." So, as I said, the company can disclose things (other than financial spreadsheets) .. I'm quite well informed on these issues actually, so no, I'm not naive ....

Why do you think they invented a document called an NDA It means "Non Disclosure" So, if what they know is already in an RNS why would they bother.... Grow up and smell the coffee.... Then notify the FCA

Well I actually know a few people that have actually carried this out on other shares .... So these things do happen, whether you think so or not. Now, if I was looking to invest over £100K into a company I certainly would not consider it unless I knew more than was published in any RNS and that's for sure So get real, these things happen....FACT

Not true, anyone can be informed of things to come provided that they keep it quite. If you are thinking if investing a large amount of money, you can ( in most cases) meet up with the BOD to discuss in full the company, place your cash directly into the company and sign an NDA .... Nothing illegal there ....

Flanks Good luck my friend with what ever you do, sorry that VMP hasn't worked out for you, but then again, I think a lot of punters have been caught out here. By that I mean buying in back in March when the SP was flying, but slowly and surely it's drifting back to whence we were. I'm still looking in, but haven't seen anything to change my mind yet. Hmmm, I'm still not sure, maybe it was a punter thinking the SP had reached it's bottom, well late today has proved that wrong in afraid. As I said a while ago, still too risky IMO....

Buying now is definitely a risk. I would agree with Flanks, wait until news. OK you may not hit the bottom price, but, it could be lower than it is now. Risk? What risk? Well being just a shell if course there is a risk. Having said that, buying in just before a positive announcement could give you massive profits, the big question is "Where is the bottom".... I wish you well, but, as I have admitted many times, I'm still waiting....

If you look at the pattern of what is happening here it is becoming quite obvious. The MMs push the SP up to entice new blood, and then, they drop it... Slowly but surely this share is heading back to whence it came, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if that's the level it reached before news (if any) is released.

Moving the SP up on small trades trying to drag in more PIs cash no doubt Come in get real. Most know what games you play these days..... If any PI doesn't, look out, or you will be locked in when they drop the price later.....

Haha, yes true, but I think we all knew (the investors that were here before) that this share is a risk. Havering seen our money drop to virtually nothing over previous years then the sudden recovery, will the same thing happen again ????? Well I suppose we will know in the fullness of time ....
