Of course they will issue an RNS. It's not just AIM shares that do so. Now whether LSE show it that's another matter. But IMO they will issue one.

They only issue an RNS straight away Generally saying "All Resolutions Accepted" So, it will hit the streets before people have left the meeting normally It's already prepared normally

Jas It takes place at the AGM It's only proxy votes that have to be completed prior to. I have attended a few, and that's what happens

Oh ok, I didn't realise the oil industry helped sad cases by calling favours... Are you for real? Get a grip man, this isn't a window cleaning company that wants some furniture moved.... You don't call in favours, you buy assets (or sell assets) then use rigs etc, or then build a plant. So these so called favours must be huge, because the last plant I worked on cost billions.... Interesting to see what these favours are..... Really looking forward to it. Back a while SER couldn't afford the pump to use for steam out, so where the hell have they suddenly conjured up money... Why do you keep saying "Clem is the only hope"? That's not true. What if A.N.Other person appears on the scene with loads of money, works in the oil industry, has hundreds of contacts and is a proper business man? You just can't get a grip on other people's thoughts, you are blinkered to the extreme. Are you in some way connected? Being paid? Or some other type of fixation with Clem? He is not the only one who can save SER .....FACT Having said that, I don't think anyone will, but that's another subject.

Still rising, when I first came on to this share it was circa 270, climbing now almost 200 up... Great

Looks like yesterday's down has been recovered today....

They have added this share to their one to watch listing, stating that profit to rise from £1.5M this year to £1.7M, then rising to £1.8M next year. They also state that the share is trading at less than 12 times the 2016/2017 prospective earnings. Very interesting

That's correct. Next year the company is hopefully of an even better year, higher profits, higher dividends.

Since I last posted here the SP has risen circa 35%, nice rise. I am now wondering how high this will be by the year end?????
