Now here's a question As he is a major share holder, if he doesn't take up the offer, his % will drop accordingly. Will TSTR have to issue an RNS to cover the change of % of a major holder ????

That's a question that I've tried to find out, but nothing yet. What about the BOD, will they all take up the offer?

I'm aware of some that aren't taking up the offer! So not everyone is (for various reasons)

Well looking at the forecast for this year (2018) it would appear that the most tipped three are WSG, SHG, & HZM make of that what you will, worth keeping an eye on though

What makes you think that consolidation (if indeed there is any) is a bad thing..... People have the wrong concept of consolidation IMO Dilution, there's no reason to have that either. Once the details are completed the SP will rise IMO

That is my stance as well, after all, the rest is just guess work. I know some are tracking things, but they really don't know if they are moving for us or not. Until the news is issued officially, I for one, won't be trying to second guess things. As you rightly say, chill pill..... relax...

Not surprised to be fair as it's now a sit and wait til sorted. It's just guess work at the moment but I know that certain ship movements are being monitored

Now that the BP deal is in the table I assume that they are the missing fourth link. I'm still very much confused as to why the SP appears to be dragging its feet. So, what next? Drilling ....SP drops below 1p Pumping out oil, SP drops below 0.5p What do MMs want? You already have our blood, we've nothing left to give. So surprise us and push the SP up where it belongs!!
