That's very true, but if you bat clever, you can make out of it. I did the last time I was confronted with it, albeit I didn't understand the mechanics of it all, but I made money and increased my share holding all in one go.

I've just checked through the company to see if there's a block on buying shares, and I've been told no. So I've phoned my broker and they've checked the system and he's managed to get a price, so I've just bought £1500. Let's see if it appears on this system. Krispy Yeah it's a long drawn out procedure unfortunately so I'm missing playing golf big time. I don't know how much longer this will take, but at the moment it looks months away. We shall see
