There's such a lot of good stuff exchanged by us (and out of harms way, not upsetting share board posters) it seems rediculous to close them down. What actual harm are these "Out of the way" boards doing to anyone. Crazy

Just seen a new trade designation..... not seen before ....it was on TSTR
All I could find for a meaning was

The 200K trades (two of them) were definitely some sort of transfer, the timing was so close together.
I'm not quite sure what an LRGS trade actually is.... I'll try and find out

I know you are obviously aware that the system crashed on Thursday night, and it now seems to have appeared again, but something's still not working. A group of posters use the board "TECA" to relay information to each other, that's not Teca specific, but general news about any share or commodity. Well that board (along with another one used by others "M" ) appears not to work any more.
I know Admin don't like "Off Topic" chat on the General boards, so these quiet boards are a great way to over come this, without upsetting other posters.
Please can you look into this situation and let me know why this has happened.
I would appreciate an explanation, and / or what option we have to post useful / knowledgeable information to each other without upsetting others.

They are closing down all general chat boards, I'm not quite sure what they are trying to achieve.
I've written an email to them asking why they are doing this.......awaiting a reply
