The Company is pleased to announce the results of the Feasibility Study for its 100% owned BKM Project located in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. A detailed and comprehensive study on developing the BKM copper deposit using open pit mining and a solvent extraction-electrowinning (SX-EW) Copper Heap Leach (the 'Project') processing has been completed using a highly experienced team of consultants and advisors working with inhouse personnel.

The official response from the Ministry of the Environment has now been received by lawyers representing the joint venture. The decision is being studied in detail and a robust response to this manifestly wrong decision contrary to EU law will be submitted in advance of the deadline on 15 July 2019. The "Grant for Studies" application is for design and preliminary works, to be managed by InfraStrata, that would be required to facilitate the proposed enablement of reverse flow of the Scotland to Northern Ireland gas pipeline ("SNIP") (the "Study Grant").

The Group has made promising and rapid progress in recent months on new business opportunities in a number of new territories. In particular, as announced on 12 June 2019, the Group is now able to leverage a potentially significant collaboration agreement with Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: WAIR), a leading independent distributor and provider of comprehensive supply chain management services to the global aerospace industry. The agreement will require investment by Velocity in the US (a new territory for the Group).

BIOM is pleased to announce that commercial production of Biome's new heat stable material has commenced in the USA. This material has a range of applications, including the previously announced projects for disposable cutlery and a rigid ring for the coffee pod market.

CER is pleased to announce that it has secured a major contract worth an initial £5.1m with the Danish telecom and utility company, SE Group. This new win, reflecting the Company's trend towards larger deal sizes, supports existing market forecasts.
