U.S. stocks fell in early trading on Thursday, as ongoing uncertainty surrounding trade policy gave investors another reason to hold off on making big bets as the market nears the end of the month, quarter, and the first half of 2018. The Nasdaq Composite Index (^IXIC) fell 15 points, or 0.2%, to 7,433. Thus far this week, the Dow is off 2%, the S&P has lost 1.9%, and the Nasdaq has lost 3.1%.
