Before taking the plunge in this share I would strongly recommend you read the board since its concept.
Personally I wouldn't touch it, it goes up and down irrationally and not based on the price of gold or silver, quite the contrary.
It strikes me as if it's a BOD creaming from the unsuspecting.... I may be weong, but please read the posts first

I don't disagree with that point at all, I'm just making an observation on institutions....

I've seen it mentioned a few times, but I don't believe that it's the case. Generally speaking they will buy in large tranches spread over a period of time, but in this case I've seen nothing to indicate that this is the case here.
Generally speaking everything seems to be coming together well, and hopefully we will see the fruits for our patience.

The Russian military has sent thousands of new troops and weapons to its western border, where the U.S. and fellow NATO Western military alliance partners have attempted to beef up their defenses.
