I'm not sure that can happen, as one of the other backers (holding 40% as well) is the Omani Nizwar bank, and some of their rules and regulations aren't what TSTR follow.
Of course, I suppose it's possible in a few years that SPMP have sufficient funds to pay off their backers in full, then I suppose TSTR will be left with their Turkey and Canadian assets......
