When they issued the RNS on the placing early Aug there was a note saying:-
"The Company is reviewing its options to allow Shareholders the ability to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares on the same terms as the Placing and expects to update investors on this shortly."

By lunch time that very same day they issued another RNS stating that they wouldn't give share holders any chance of picking up cheaper shares.

I wonder what happened in those four hours to change their minds so quickly ?????

All but a few days we have t had any RNS news for two months.
When you're at this stage of a project I would expect continuous news flow......
They wouldn't even have to work hard to find something either.
The site itself must be full of activity at the moment
