I've explained this before
Operations will take place in an air conditioned control room. And scheduled maintenance and site activities will be planned in cooler times, like in the evening or early mornings.
Whilst construction was taking place, welders, riggers, pipe fitters, mechanics etc were not allowed to work during the hottest periods.
Once the plant is up and running the weather should not affect the production at all.
