As a result, the Company took the decision to apply to the Federal High Court for a declaration that is expected to expedite the consent process, and preserve the unexpired tenure in the licence

Late yesterday it showed signs of recovery although still finished the day well over 100 points down.
I was hoping this would lift the Asian market this morning

It certainly looks more like your type of thing, as you do trade in and out quickly and easily.
Two things I can't do so well, and my broker doesn't help.
If I try a trade at 08:00 I'm lucky if successful by 08:15.... they are dreadful first thing,but then of course you can miss any quick hits...
