Things aren't too clever of late, and the papers are reflecting this.
It's a case of looking for that little gem, and of late I've found it hard going

This company has gone from strength to strength in recent months, and the SP rise reflects this.
The big question here is how much higher can it go????

This preliminary investigation has concluded that it appears that approximately £900,000 was paid out of Company funds to either third parties or former directors without either Board or Remuneration Committee approval (as appropriate) at the time such payments were made. The Company is considering its options for the recovery of such payments.

The Company has exchanged contracts to acquire the entire share capital of Pacer Technologies Limited for a cash consideration of £3.73m, subject to a net asset adjustment. The consideration is being settled out of the Group's existing resources and new banking facilities provided by Lloyds Bank plc.

The Company continues to review its current cash requirements and is able to continue operating during November due to some improvement in trading, cash generation and internal efficiencies.
