Well strongman if that is the case more reason for Sefton to deal with this in double quick time. Sefton will have my support if he protects shareholders. If Sandabel is in breach now is the time to step up either way I expect to hear Sefton’s views and I don’t want to hear we had a verbal understanding that’s sandabel wouldn’t harm the SP.

Sefton should suspend the share for a couple of days pending news on drill and gap this SP up. One thing is clear Sefton needs to find other methods of funding. A placing at 24p after oil proven will do it.

If Sandabel hasn’t closed although I believe they have then they will Immediately do so Monday.

Will be interesting to hear Sefton’s opinion on this. Maybe he will punish Sandabel that would be fine with me.

The positives to be taken from this funding which AAOG needed is the low has been reached IMO this will rise naturally. If good news then Sandabel will be swallowed up by the volume.

I have 205k shares at 8.2p and expect a very healthy return.

Not sure what you mean. The short was/is happening/happened.

They will convert at lowest closing bid which I think was 6.3 or 6.4 on Thursday. They will then have £1 million of shares at that price.

What David said is Sandabel wouldn't dump them onto the market , I agree that hasn't happened as they haven't got the shares yet or am I totally barking up the wrong tree?

Either way short closed IMO so positive news and this will rise even with Sandabel drip feeding into the rise.

Just thinking out loud so please correct me.

Sandabel opened a short 2.93% which was closed on 20th that accounts for the large 4.7 million trade at 7.1p

They then opened another short 3.6% 21st which I believe was closed yesterday due to SP upward movement, awaits confirmation but expect to see a 5.8 million trade.

They then acquire £1 mil of shares at the lowest average of three days prior to conversion notice.

What a system if I'm correct David Sefton DO NOT DRAWDOWN AGAIN.

cperkin yes I saw that, Once drawdown used by AAOG Sandabel immediately opened a short. I suggest David Sefton thinks long and hard before any future drawdowns as Sandabel are here to make money not to support the company.

I imagine the short was closed late last week but time will tell. Last update for short position is 21st November.

We have been told that any process involving the Government is a formality. No concerns there. Just waiting for oil shows and the SP will rerate into the teens.

Agree early next week is fine. News of drill turning followed by updates on each horizon will see this back into the teens if positive.

If forward sold then can’t hold the share price back when positive news released and clearly in the deal for a quick profit. If TR1 and holding then they are taking an educated gamble like we all are and expect SP to be higher.

Therefore a win win.
