If the last tranche is converted tomorrow do you know if the new agreement of no shorting is enforceable / relevant or does it only cover any further dealings after the full £1 million conversion? NOT that I expect any further dealings with Sandabel after final tranche.

This is the low and Sandabel will use the conversion shares to replace the borrowed shares and this will rise naturally from Thursday 29th and Sanabel cant influence the SP.

From RNS: Sandabel has undertaken that it will not adopt any net short position in the Ordinary Shares in the future

This implies future positions but they still have 11.8 million short rather than the 5.8 million.

So basically they have done exactly what they wanted and apart from converting a further 25% at this time.

When they get the 11+ million conversion shares they will replace the shares and have nothing to dump is that correct?

If this is the case Sefton could have been more forceful. Although damage is done and on 29th they are out.

Delighted this is back on and in tiptop shape. Expect this to rise in anticipation of update on first horizon only a week.

TIPTOP agreed if the rounded sells are attributed to Sandabel they have disposed of 600k shares already won't be long before they are gone.

Sefton has dealt with this swiftly. Sandabel are history they won't be in the AAOG story much longer.

Perfect start drilling recommence, no conversion RNS yet. That is the key IMO.

Expect an update from Sefton later today.

If Sandabel are given conversion shares and close short AAOG will be no worse off than we are now. We have a £1 million. What this has done is signpost Sandabel intentions. Sefton will not use the drawdown again. News will be released and Sandabel will be gone leaving the path clear for investors. Do not be put off if this happens. I would be extremely disappointed if this is the outcome but it is up from here.
Just need to wait for official update from Sefton.
