Naheed did say no delays it had been a constructive period. The meeting was brought forward so now scheduled within the next two weeks.
I think funding will be sooner than Naheed comment suggests.

LOI first which is a milestone in itself which should be next piece of news.

This is why the LOI is crucial. China Coal said it will take responsibility for sourcing all debt for the project from Chinese banks.
The LOI is being down played by some claiming only a small rise ETC once confirmed. Total nonsense. I expect to see serious size investments flooding in. Buy before other do IMO
