End of September is what Colin has said. Also the bigger picture which you haven’t mentioned is that some interested companies do not require the permits and other are aware the permits WILL be issued so any offer could be announced at anytime.

I’ve taken my position and will wait for news in multiple fronts.

One thing is for sure you wouldn’t wont to be out if an announcement is made.

Nope, offers will be negotiated between AST and all parties making offers then the best offer will be put to shareholders.

Therefore AST are not withholding price sensitive information it will still be in the negation period then the final offer will be announce.

Colin said in recent interview. There are interested companies that do not need Permits. It is also believed permits will be issued without undue delay after receipt of amendments. AST have taken this to mean two months in Colin's words end of September.

IMO Offer will come before permit but will not necessarily be put to shareholders as AST will decide what is the best offer. They will use the permit as leverage on both sides but the valuation will reflect the inclusion of the permit.
