It does say he bought 18+ on 6th August at .044 so from that trade he still holds 10 million plus an additional 20+ million.

Offer could be tomorrow the facts are third party amendment first week of September, will an offer come before permits knowing they will be awarded answer is yes IMO. Will it be acceptable to the BOD don’t know.

The permits are not a reason for a takeover the gas is.

Serious money to be made on announcement of offer. Personally I would welcome a suspension you are either an investor and profit or a trader and locked out.

I think from what has been said by Colin in interviews, conference call, SR implemented six weeks ago there will be an offer so yes to sale coming but a more important question is at what price shareholder value is what we want.
