The £45 million is different. ORCP dictate when and at what SP we enter into an agreement.
We have roughly £1.2 million in cash plus any further drawdown will be to develop the company and increase shareholders value not just to keep the lights on like other companies.

It is common practice to flip conversion shares. If you have been investing for awhile you would have been aware of this. They take their 20-30% profit and move on.
