Where exactly-you must have some figure in mind to enable you to make such a statement?

It occurred to me much later on today that I was confusing "shareholding" ie my share of the Company with "Number of shares held" ie physical holding of shares themselves, hence my seemingly stupid question

However still trying to fathom the dilution conundrum as to me their statement lacks a bit of clarity

Rather stating the obvious but you must ask yourself WHY did the HNWI's chuck 4.5 million bucks at the Company??
For a quick in and out so to speak or because they are taking a long-term view having done extensive due diligence??

As I said, pose the question poss. with the additional comment that continual extension of timelines causes unrest and a wobble in confidence.
