Aron told Yahoo Finance Live that the company's new APE shares should allay fears that the movie chain could cripple under the weight of debt incurred during the COVID-19 pandemic.
"It takes survival risk off the table in the near term," Aron told Yahoo Finance previously. "So we can raise cash if we need it. That is good for our shareholders."
Aron added that this latest clever initiative (in addition to the gold mine AMC bought earlier this year) will help AMC raise cash to reduce debt and look at acquisitions of more movie theater chains.
Like I said.
Like I said. I called Revlon when everyone else had written it off. No one could have predicted what happened apart from me apparently.
I am calling this now. Cineworld.
Watch the coming days and weeks.....
AMC theatres = 950 glabally
CINE theatres = 751 Globally
Cineworld being wiped out does not make sense as that's nearly half of theatres being wiped out globally. A buyer will come. It won't be easy. Whoever buys them will have to change the name otherwise it will fail. You don't buy a failing brand that everyone knows is failing and keep the name. Cineworld will disapear but they will be rescued initially.
My top takeover candidate is AMC of course. But only if the price is right.
Just don't stick your life savings into it. All you need to buy is 3500 shares and hold. You probably spend that amount down the pub only for that to end up down the P shoot.
There is so much childish behaviour on here it's unreal. The reason I gave up a year or so ago.
As another poster stated. What is said on here has absolutley no impact on the SP. What posters write however can influence others to buy which in turn can lose them money.
Now I stated earlier that I am willing to have a punt (gamble) at this level. I have done my DD and I know exactly what is going on with the company. Exactly. I know the risks. It's my money. I also knew what happened with Revlon and some others. if it does not work out then that's my loss.
if anyone has bought this since my first post then don't blame me if it goes tits up. You also know the risks and I assume you have a bit of common sense.
I wish you all good luck.

Have a deep read into chapter 11. Some of those bullet point may have to be removed
I called revlon at $2 on twitter mid June and was called an idiot by some american rash. A few days later is was $9. I am doing the same for this as well. Same story. Only this time expect a buyout. For those expecting a new bottom.... you have had it already.
Depends on who piles in and how much people think it's worth. But from what I see there ain't much going on as far people shouting about it. Word needs to get around a bit more for this to rise especially with the qty of shares in issue. If people pile in and the news is good It could see 1.20p but it's going to take a lot to move it.. Could be a lot less, could be a lot more, could hardly move. Who knows.
I don't think this board has any influence on market sentiments. For every 1 person on here there are 1000 other people trading this share and all they do is trade alone. They read the news not bulletin boards and look at charts. Why clatter your mind with utter drivel on here?
