Reference to previous RNS's tells you the Sale is going well. You need to be able to read between the lines Buddy. The specific reference to the placement at 26.6p also tells you that they are fully aware that they gave those investors no discount for a reason and they are aware they are here to make money. They are therefore determined to execute their plans to ensure these guys make money and that means a SP well and truly above 26.5p when its all done and dusted.

Completion of US$20m financing for Rosgeo JV

Eurasia Mining Plc ("Eurasia" or the "Company"), the palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium and gold producing company, is pleased to announce that the financing previously announced on 20 May 2021 was successfully completed yesterday at the purchase price of 26.5p and on the other terms as per the previous RNS.

H.C. Wainwright & Co. acted as the exclusive placement agent in the United States for this financing.

Christian Schaffalitzky, Executive Chairman commented: "The Directors are delighted to close yet another important transaction following the successful completion of the Rosgeo JV announced on 26 March 2021 that both put Eurasia in an even stronger position. The Board is pleased that the institutional investors are recognising the fundamentals of the Company. We look forward to providing further updates".

Since 12 th may we had some serious manipulation on this stock as noted daily - FSP ended - no disclosure required- the stock traded in both directions by financial titans shorting the stock down whilst accumulating stock - GS opened a position recently .
Have these shenanigans now ended looks that way in my eyes

The manipulation may effect the stock price in recent months however they can’t control what EUA has in the ground or the Deal !

FSP conclusion will never be during the week. It will be a Friday after hours. Information of important but lesser magnitude has had to be released on Friday out of hours. In fact, FSP will be released on a Friday before a Bank Holiday Monday i.e. if it is in May. Otherwise, looking forward to a fun 1 year anniversary of FSP!!!

200 million barrels of oil should take this share price to between 3.2p and 4p, where it is now. Remember we still have other assets...Harrier, Yukon, Icewine and Umiat. So this company can make 10p if those come good too. And even better if Merlin 1 turns out to be better than 200 million barrels of oil.

We are still working on a farm out for Charlie 1 and Aggregation/farm out of Yukon. Plenty going on in this company and who knows, there could be plenty of other reasons why this share price keeps climbing.
