Great news but we have been kind of here before. So there is oil in place but the market needs to see the oil FLOW. That unforrtunately ain't happening until next year. It may go up a few notches from here but the real move will be next year folks IMHO.

What appears to be different is that they are actually planning to start activity very early next year! 88E do not normally start anything until March and by early April, it is all over :) :) This may end up to be 700m barrels of oil and could make this company worth $1bn at last. Early days though

That was the deal 3/4 years ago. The fact that Newmont are progressing with the agreement is positive, In the end we are going to be left with 20% - 25%. This was well known

It's either great! Okayish, or bad. If there was no suspension and flashy detailed news was released, a lot of long term investors could be mugged off their shares in panic. This way everyone gets to read and fully understand whatever the RNS says before making what could be life changing decisions for many here

The directors are heavily invested in EUA and have worked their very hardor many years to build a goid company. They have integrity and I believe they would do everything possible to protect shareholders.

The net proceeds of the Placing, together with the Company's existing cash reserves, will strengthen the Company's balance sheet and will provide the Company with sufficient capital to finance the POTENTIAL FLOW TEST of the Merlin-2 APPRAISAL well in Q1 2022, targeting 652 million barrels in the N20, N19 and N18 horizons, financing any potential new ventures identified by the Company and also additional working capital (including contingency for cost overruns on the Merlin-2 well). Following completion of the proposed Placing, the Company will have sufficient cash to fund its ongoing working capital requirements and general and administrative overheads for at least 12 months

AUD 30m raised for exploration / appraisal of a highly prospective area and potential acquisitions......

And only a 15% drop in price? Likely to be wiped out when the FOMO kicks in in a couple of week's time. I's take this fund raise anyday. Hope no one has panicked sell this morning ;) ;)

There is a lot in the RNS! Not just about the Placing and Merlin 2. This is the best time to do the raise and if you have been here for a little while, you would know it is coming. The point now is Merlin 2 drilling and results. If this comes good in the next 5 - 8 weeks, this price will be long forgotten. This is an Exploration company that needs money to EXPLORE. It has no revenue and this is AIM, which means high risk. That is why we have 50% swings in a day :) If you want stability and steady income or growth, get into the FTSE100.

Drilling for oil in Alaska is expensive and very risky. Let's hope for better drilling fortunes and results than last year.

Eurasia Mining Plc ("Eurasia" or the "Company"), the palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium and gold producing company, is pleased to announce that the financing released via RNS on 20 September 2021 was successfully completed on the previously announced terms.
Summary Highlights:
· H.C. Wainwright & Co. acted as the exclusive placement agent in the United States for this financing
. The Directors have reduced the financing size to approximately $15m from the higher amount offered to Eurasia

Higher amount offered? I suppose those US IIs have simply gone to the market and increased their investment if they really wanted to, with the benefit of better information from the BOD ;) I know I would if I was the Institutional Investor!
They may have kept just below the 3% that would have required notification. All in my opinion ofcourse

There will be a deal or positive conclusion . These guys have been there for a long time and want the best deal. The size of their fee is also dependent on the size of the deal. All options must therefore be considered and the best chosen

Roger. IIs recently got in at 26p and it was oversubscribed. Before that IIs got in at 26.5p and 22p, both times oversubscribed. The directors are heavily invested here and there are many tried and trusted professional advisers onboard.

Nothing is dead cert on AIM. If it was, everyone will be here for quick bucks. Investing in shares is a risk and AIM is a huge risk. If you are not prepared for that, then you go to FTSE 100 for your 2 - 5% annual returns and dividends. If you want double or tripple digit returns and gains, you should have balls of steel to weather the storms.

Make no mistake, EUA is a very risky investment and therefore could fail. But it also has great potential and could make life changing gains for many. The BOD are obviously doing their best for their investment too! Each 1p change in sp makes or loses DS £4m. You either trust them and the professional advisers or you don't. So far I see no reason to doubt their intentions to realise great gains for all invested. It could take weeks or even months. YES, you just have to be patient
