Rights Ratio: 1-for-1

Subscription Ratio: 9-for-13

Exercise Price: EUR0.50 per new share

New Shares: 15th April 2026

Faron Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced a Rights Issue in which your account has been issued with 1 right for each share held. Your options are:

OPTION 1: Do Nothing (Default). Your rights will lapse if you do not sell or exercise them by our deadline date.

OPTION 2: Exercise your Rights in full or in part. Under the terms of the rights issue, every 13 rights can be exercised to receive 9 new shares in Faron Pharmaceuticals Ltd at EUR0.50 per new share.

OPTION 3: If you have exercised all your rights on option 2, you may also apply for additional shares. Excess applications may be subject to scaling back. Refunds resulting from this are generally received back from the company within 2 weeks.

SELL YOUR RIGHTS: Sell some or all of your rights by our deadline date. If you buy or sell Faron Pharmaceuticals rights, your current share dealing rate will apply.

It is the responsibility of any person wishing to subscribe for new shares to inform themselves and observe any applicable regulations of the relevant jurisdiction. With your instruction you are confirming that you are eligible to participate and are aware of the official restrictions.

Have any II account holders had a rights issue notice yet? I thought something would have come through by now.

I do think it will recover to the 90s fairly quickly. Some big buying and selling and I wonder what Richard Griffiths holding is after this.

What's peoples thoughts on the 2 large late reported trades? They look like buys to me based on the trade price at that time this morning. Maybe why the price dropped by 5% during the previous 2 sessions. Either way they should prompt a TR1.

That RNS screams Last Chance Saloon. Desperate indeed. I just want this over now and 30p suddenly seems quite attractive!

And again. Holding over 7% now. Share price struggling to get past £0.9 though.

Finally back to £1.50. The next set of results will be interesting.

Only positive news is going to push the SP upwards. Hopefully a positive update coming.

£12 million late trades reported from 1555 yesterday afternoon and RNS reports that Jupiter FM have just acquired a 5% chunk. Richard Griffiths also topped up yesterday and holds just under 5% of stock in RWS.

Hopefully the rerate will continue for the foreseeable future.

The paragraph below shows that the medium to long term future at SCE is at risk. I made a small profit on this stock last year when it was on its way to 2p. 2p looks a long way off at the moment.

As such, there exists a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt over the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Should these challenges persist or worsen in the short term, they may adversely impact operational performance, including sales and EBITDA generation, which are essential for transitioning from a loss-making to a cash- generative business.

Notwithstanding the material uncertainty outlined above, after due consideration the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has sufficient resources to continue in operational existence for the period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements continue to be prepared on the going concern basis and do not contain the adjustments that would arise if the Company were unable to continue as a going concern.

@Laura2022. The major shareholders list shows Canaccord holding 11.8% of the issued shares. Why do you think it's 50%?

Whilst no one will complain about a 20% increase on the news, the devil will be in the detail. What is the margin and how will it affect profitability? Given Staffline have historically made pitiful returns on billion pound annual revenue I'm not expecting this to be much different.

I wouldn't take too much notice of fair values on II. They've got Wood Group at 50p fair value even though the board have accepted a 35p offer and the SP is languishing at about 18p.

FWIW I bought in RWS at 67p and will be delighted with 100p.

Another £25 million on share buybacks starting straight after the current buybacks complete sometime in May.

That'll be £75 million in total but the intended consequences aren't playing out, ie higher share prices. Let's see how the market reacts.

A bit underwhelming if you ask me. We need an update on the Azzuro issues. It's weighing heavily on market sentiment and a positive missive will hopefully see this heading back towards £1.50.
