So why is Kefi from an abysmally low share price only up 3% and ggp up 12%? Something to do with believable management on one side and false promises for over a decade on the other

Yes Magic, Harry thought it was appropriate to charge kefi " consultant" fees whilst the CEO! Also thinks his working week should consist of 4 days, with any extra work charged for- he didn't give a rebate of his salary when Kefi was just treading water for 5 to 6 years. No doubt he will think that he deserves his bonus when the share price reaches 1.5p for 5days- a real challenge !! Further the options when the share price reaches 2p- the mine will almost be up and running. Instead of thinking about his own pocket, it would be a pleasant change to consider his shareholders

Are the directors really in alignment with shareholders with the option price? To me it really isn't a aspirational price- 2p- when the mine should be almost up and running

So the share price has to be at 2p or over by 31st Dec 2027- that should be when the mine construction will be in it's final stage. IMO the option price should be at 3p, then the directors would have had to ensure that plans were executed and their alignment was with shareholders

My view on Kefi is hold, wait till the mine gets built and hope in the meantime 'Arry doesn't perform one of his many RNS illusions. Thoughts about share price, convinced there'll be consolidation, and I'll be pleasantly suprised if dividends are over 0.3p with present share numbers/prices

Er No! Perhaps investors are ticked off having been invested for years and being promised so many things in RNS that were in fact issued just to keep the mugs invested. Years pass and the issue now is that many will probably not live long enough to benefit from any supposed dividends in the misty future.

Yes, because they knew it was going to happen and had probably made sure they had available funds . I am thinking this is a grey area and one that could test insider knowledge and legality

As far as I am aware, shareholders were led to believe investors were clamouring to add the "missing millions" and it wouldn't be at shareholder expense- massive dilution. In the meantime Mr Adams has no shame in receiving his exorbitant salary- any refund for the missing 5 years when progress, already painfully slow was at a standstill. I believe Adams will go only when he has milked his salary for as long as possible and retains a figurhead position along with salay and benefits at a cost to the company and shareholders

You may be correct Bonkers, but it will be contractors who will probably working with date/construction penalties built into their contracts and not a CEO that receives his generous salary regardless
