Supply and demand! simple as that. Most companies will be shutting in wells; But the Oil is still in the ground. This political opec stuff is irrelevant compared with the global slowdown. IMO

Interesting times, sell assets (usually linked to Oil price) I guess a good time to deal from a buying perspective.

Brent crude futures not looking that good circa $40 till end of year and $50's till 2023 at the moment.

Some US shale producers are exposed to debt (junk bond) some due to mature this yes. Could have a domino effect on the North American economy. Hopefully not as bad as 2008.

Don't think Oil will bounce back, more like steady recovery (bit worrying) Unless we get another significant global event. Just an opinion.
