Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
your points have been noted, and i disregard them completely.
are sales increasing year on year? yes!
are we debt free? yes!
do we have cash to re invest? yes!
do we have a bod that is working towards building a better company? yes!
thats enough for me....
why are you invested here if you don't like what you see?
i bet you aren't!
why are you bothering the rest of us with your repetitive posts?
Danl90 started off harping on about a sales drop between one six month period to another, and now the board is filled with his tik tok story!
For the period he (or she?) was referring to , year on year europe sales were up not down!
He still specifically compares the first 6 months to the second six months of the same year rather than look at the full year and compare it to the previous year and be pleased that there has been a pretty big gain....
i bet that even if we were up on the second 6 month period, he's the type of person that will look at any drop in sales (whether weekly or monthly or daily even!) and shout it out repeatedly.
danl90 reminds me of the old tcm. i bet they are the same person, have the same objective or are hired by the same people!
Anyone that has tried to respond to your questions and comments has not been good enough for you. You’ve stated your thoughts and everyone has read them. Now give it a rest and enjoy your weekend. This top shop / online presence topic is overdone...
Boohoo is growing at a sustainable and respectable pace so far. Until it stops doing that I think we are all good with the BOD and the decisions they take.

“I want the share price to be 600”
Or something to that effect.....
I’ve seen many different messages about what should be done - topshop to buy or not to buy. At what price to buy and effect on the share price short or long term. Or is it better to create a new brand. Etc etc...
all very interesting to a certain level, and all quite confusing as well because there are a number possibilities and we certainly don’t have all the minute details to make informed statements.
I am presently invested here because I trust the BOD to make the right call, either way. So for me, whatever they decide to do, is the correct decision, simple.
I think I’ve said it before, this chap Kamani knows how to make money. And now I’m saying he knows how better to do it than anyone on this board. So let him get on with it and let’s enjoy the ride!

DYOR.....
They will soon find an avenue to return but for now let’s enjoy some peace .
The chairman yesterday raised almost all the issues raised by TCM. I think the chairman went through this discussion board lol
Hoping for a good day today!

Ageos,
I am pleased to hear that you also have a life outside this forum as I would hope we all do.
Just to be clear, contrary to what you may understand by my questions, there is no confrontation intended. I am here to learn as much as I can from all sorts of minds.
If we all knew exactly what was in the ground, you wouldn't have to post any of the details you have been and neither would there be questions such as those I and others have posted. There wouldn't be much money to be made (or lost!) either I would think.
All the best
Hi Ageos
Thank you for your detailed posts.
I have a couple of questions and am interested to hear from you.
Do you believe that going by the evidence and the licenses issued to date (that currently exclude Cejita), there is only approx 500,000oz of resource to be extracted? if yes, and ofcourse there being no guarantee for further permits, why would the largest miner be willing to invest? Do you think their geologists made a mistake or this is a shot in the dark? or was it because they were expecting further licenses/permits to be issued for the bordering (larger) areas to the north?
2. How do you then explain the recent placing that raised a reasonably large sum for the company? would they not have also more likely than not, consulted experienced professionals such as yourself (geologists) before investing?
3. Brad may have not detailed from a Geologist perspective all the types of mineralisation evident in the presentation, but he has said that from initial results, this has the potential to be a massive top tier source. On what grounds would he say this?
Are you invested in OMI or are you waiting for further news before investing? if yes, what further details are you awaiting?
Cheers
Fair post Webba and almost a breath of fresh air after so many repetitive ridiculous posts from a small group of people
I think the answers to your questions lean towards the positive in favour if boo, that is why my expectation is that holders have a lot to look forward to in the medium term.

Ursula von der Leyen sounded friendlier today!
Some better signals coming across. Talks continue and if a deal is reached the markets will respond accordingly!
Hold tight, loads of good news on the way....

Yes, today Boo dropped more than Asos.
But if you compare from 1st of Dec to today, Asos has dropped more than Boo has. And thats without the help of Kamani's rolex watches on display or the negative press or whatever else has been talked about by a few on here!
Dont see any on the Asos forum as frustrated as a lot on this page and wonder why they are here in the first instance!
Prices go up and down. Not all owners / operators are the same. Not all companies do the same thing. i read a lot of the posts and wonder whether there is any point in responding because those that want to be negative will always be.
I do however think that if anyone wants quick results, better play roulette!
I support Boo in what the management are achieving to date. I appreciate their efforts in building a company from scratch, taking on established names and beating them at their own game.

Share price currently “stagnant” probably because of the general market uncertainty surrounding brexit. We are however expecting good news on sales (hopefully surpassing forecasts). We hope to also receive news regarding a new auditor and further details on how we are improving our supply chains. More so we suddenly seem to have opportunities to acquire brands such as Top Shop and have the funds to do this. The new way of buying clothes is online, and this will continue to grow over time, whether Covid exists or not. Boo has received some positive press recently as well, which is always good.
I’ve said it before, boo hoo has the recipe for success. It is only a matter of time when the share price reacts. Be patient, it will happen without much notice. DYOR.

Any other company reporting massive sales and profits would be welcomed with open arms, but Boo has to be careful about stating this? Quite unusual! Has there been any recent panels formed to discuss the numbers of cars being produced or mobile phones or other stuff that affects the environment probably by a greater extent! We complain about jobs shifting to the Far East and when a company is helping to keep at least some jobs local, the media and some on this form too attack it!
I’m not sure if it’s any better or worse (for the short/medium term share price) reporting prior to the interview. The difficult questions will arise regardless, based on previously stated sales projections.
I actually prefer business as usual reporting, to avoid the media accusing boo of reporting Big sale volumes after the interview rather than before. Boo should remain confident about what they are achieving and continue business as usual (with improved supply chain standards that the retired judge is expected to sort out), because what will come from the media will come regardless and boo cannot keep second guessing.
Just stating my opinion, and I don’t disrespect anyone else’s thoughts on the subject.
