Nice find! Something must be brewing now. Tosca, Lombard, Viex must surely now start pumping up R1. 20p old money is pathetic and creating shareholder value is mentioned 4 times in the RNS. I just want this to spike so I can get out.

SP has been on a good run recently. I'd have thought with a mcap of just �45m UBI must be on the takeover radar of a few of the big boys. The customer list speaks for how good the product is. Do you know if UBI has had any success in China?

SP still only �2, quite crazy that just to get back to pre Yume level the SP needs to double. Doesn't seem to be any demand for this share or there's a large seller in the background.

Yup, looks like the market thinks those forecasts are a pipe dream and so do I. I do think the shares are currently too cheap though so I'm not selling. Not sure if I can pull the trigger on buying more though.

This has tanked since the Yume offer was announced back in September, I guess tax loss selling could count for the past month's drop but not before. As for Singer, he'll be well rewarded by whoever takes this out with a low ball offer I'm sure. So there is no technical reason why Tosca can't take this private for around 200-250p? Or does the offer have to be above some moving SP average?

Does anyone know the facts surrounding takeover rules for AIM companies? Is there anything that could prevent Tosca from taking this private for say 250p? This would be a 40% premium so they could argue it's a fair offer. We know the board will accept it as they have no interest in PI's. Interested if anyone knows for certain what the takeover rules are. Thanks

I have little faith in this company and wish I didn't own as many shares in this as I do. I certainly had no desire to buy more. But this incessant bashing by stt1 is just so weird that I'm contemplating buying some more just because there must be a reason that someone spends all day every day researching and posting about one poxy aim share. It's just bizarre. He either bought at the peak and has been so scarred that he's gone insane or he's shorting. But why devote so much time to posting on bb's? PI's who wanted out must be long gone by now and we are left with lifer PI's and II's, neither of which are going to be influenced by stt1 so why bother? Go and annoy your wife or take a walk in the park or something, life's too short.

Tosca are quite clearly smart people and there must be an end game to all that they've done. My worry is whether the end game will benefit PI's or just Tosca...

Tempted to buy more at this price, far too cheap IMO. Problem is I thought the same when it was 50p and I already own quite a chunk of these.

Company looks undervalued to me....but what do I know. Surely the market will re-rate this some day. Perhaps Kestrel's large holding is putting off other ii's from buying.

I don't want to own any more of these but it's certainly starting to look cheap IMO. I'd be surprised if there wasn't 50%+ upside within the next 6 months.

Crikey a company statement commenting on the share price weakness, have they ever done that before? Don't expect any market reaction, the market won't trust this company until it proves it can grow and make money. Faith will never be priced into the SP given the shenanigans that have gone on in the past with this company (fraud might be a better word). I never wanted to buy more of these but at these prices I'm sorely tempted. As far as I'm concerned if the Yume deal goes through we're in the best shape we've been in for years. Oh and what's with people banging on about cash previously holding up the SP? Since when did it ever do this?? I seem to recall not so long ago the SP was 16p with a bunch of cash in the bank.... Nothing holds up this SP.

200p seems too cheap to me. This is one of those rare occasions that I had great timing in buying a share but I'd be happy to wait for the business to turn itself around, which I'm confident it can, rather than be taken over for 200p. Either way it's good to see there's interest in this company.

Well I think there's enough good news in there to be hopeful that we are on the right track. Would be nice to see some interest in this share as there seems to be none!

Got featured in Daily Mail's 'Stock Watch' today. Might attract some buying on Monday. Good to see this starting to turn around. I always believed in the product, the customer list tells you all you need to know about the viability of the product. Previous CEO Richard Green was simply terrible though and the company was managed very badly. Kestrel are no mugs and their average must be around the 50p mark. They'll be looking to at least double their money.

Looks like a turnaround guy who's at a company on average 2 years. He surely can't be any worse than Richard Green. I guess Kestrel will be trying to find a buyer for Ubi as soon as there's evidence of progress.
