@Computer,Regulator,Aberdeenman..thks for your thoughts.I've come to realise that anything is ****ible with ODX ; sometimes they say something will happen then it doesn't,.and sometimes they let you know that something has already happe ed,without saying beforehand.Point is..soon..they will get the nod an TT will begin (if not already )

Note that ABDX rns'd on Monday that they had signed a manufacture and supply agreement with Bioporto,and that the test had already been TT'd.Who's to say that ODX isn't already TT'ing sovereign test(s) in readiness for the DHSC contract ?..is it mandatory that the beginning of any TT process is RNSd or can this be notification be held until completion,as with ABDX/Bioporto ?

Computer.I don't beliebe they are going for an 'everyone can catch it' approach.I think they feel compelled to finally enact the so-called freedom day on the 19th for fear of complete public backlash.Already,many scientists are saying there seems to be a certain degree of wanton abandonment and reckless regard for the stats.I alo think the govt approach already has,and will again,change at the drop of a hat in the face of rising hospitalisation figures and ever-evolving public opinion.I think they're pushing the boat out a little,temporarily,and then pull us back to port as autumn arrives.Testing is here to stay,the world has changed,and as much as we all miss it,the old normal is no more,at least for another year or 2 if we manage to get/keep the whole world vaccinated,if no new,more lethal variants creep over the horizon and if govts of the world decide that they,once more,don't want to be prepared for any future pandemics

@Sharebel.Have seen you on other boards.Many call you a ramoer but i like the way you passionately support your investments.Why not i say.There's always plenty of others trying to run them down!

The amount of people having to self test for work ( NHS,care homes,schools,office/shopfloor environments etc.) alone would gobble up a couple of million a week.Then add on any orders from around the globe for the other half of our capacity..for me its a no brainer,but just imo.

There seems to be a widespread belief that most people won't bother testing or reporting a positive result .No doubt there will be many such self-serving individuals,but i think collectively,as a population,more people will be responsible in their actions,particularly as the next couple of months play out,infections / hosplitalisations continue to rise,and the threat of more lockdowns rears its ugly head.We only need demand for 1 million LFTs per week to satisfy govt. order,among a popualtion of 68 million,in an attempt to maintain normalcy.I think this is easily achievable.

@Computer.Or..you could say,Colin was just being honest,and the main reasons we are down at 51p are because the govt has an oversupply of Innova tests,therefore delaying the implementation of the DHSC contract,.and also,because this share is largely PI owned,the slightest hint of doubt or delay spurns mass sell offs amidst all the short-sighted bedwetting.I'm not bothered tho..cos i know this will also work on the way up again as PIs panic to get back in as it surges north on news.

Hi Lampard8..i know how you feel.It's a tough hold when you get caught buying in the higher range (with hindsight of course).I was 30% down in OMI until massive upwards swing today of over 90% at one point.I was also well down on COIN,a punt i took a while ago,but fortunately it had a great day today also (especially mid-day). I too was under P with those 2 shares but thankfully,in the space of 1 day,all that has changed.I see you are also in TILS..hope you got in there at a decent price before the recent drop from highs.I think at current prices,both TILS and ODX can easily do 100% from here,given time of course.Depends how patient you can be.This one definately is a tough test i have to admit !..but that's the name of the game

Exactly Jally..alot of narrow minded bed wetting going on here from the usual crew,who seem to relish in moaning their way through every day.Such a sad way to exist.Surely if something was upsetting you as much as this share seems to upset them,then wouldn't you just sell up and give your head some peace ? Maybe they don't realise that there are thousands of other companies out there that they could invest in instead ?.or perhaps they need someone to hold their hand/wipe their bums,give them a heads up re a different stock,and then walk them through their investments? Strangest of behaviours from some very strange individuals.Sentiment is low at the minute,but that will change very quickly.Good luck all investors who don't need a dummy and a soothing pat on the back.

Bit of life in the SP today..soon be time to fire up the engines on the £1 train..again.If any more official mentioning of LFTs to be used to facilitate the reopening of society,this thing gonna boom northwards.Have been sitting on hands with OMI this last couple of months,waiting for drill news,repeatedly buying on way down.Was 30% down and starting to perspire,now this morning,back in the black in a blinknof an eye.Feel this can happen here for many too,.hold tight.

Oh,btw B-lyin..all the directors have not sold out,as u claim over at Hemo..in fact,Colin bought £35k at this price in Dec.'20. Who needs JAdam

Bline over on Hemo board advising others that "ODX is a bad call"...yet suggests that ABDX would be a better shot,despite admitting to not having any info on them! Meanwhile,he claims to have been holding here for a long time lol. Definately one for the bin..cheers anyway B-lyin

Shelley..now that you've made your point re the 13th, at least you wont need to repeat said point many many times between now and then.

@shelley..tomorrow's opening is of no significance for me btw.,and no,i won't be calling for anyone's resignation.I have taken Colin at face value from day 1,.and will continue to do so.

Anyone that has been here long enough will have an idea of what the trading update will hold.There may be 1 or 2 pleasant surprises,who knows.There's no point in you harping on about the 13th as some sort of make or break day for the comoany.They are here for the long term,a long term that promises a whole new world of earning potential and profits at unprecedented levels.Any overdone dips on the 13th will be heavily bought into by the wall of money that is waiting on the sidelines to buy in here.This stock is definately not for the faint hearted,but i feel many are hovering over the buy button at this stage,and the 13th will be the day to strike,if no news before then of course.

Shelley..the UK WILL need a domestic supplier of LFTs,.how many times do they have to say it.The much debated Innova debacle will run its course over the next month or two.After that..?..you think we'll all just be back where we were pre covid,complete freedom of movement and not a care in the world ? The govt. is not ,and will not be,our only customer.Looking ahead,who knows who we will be churning out 1 - 2 million tests per week for ?..simple answer is,the world will need tests,of all sorts,to find and maintain a way forward,for years.It is only in recent months that we have capacity to supply orders in meaningful numbers.Orders will come,i have no doubt,and as time goes on,ODX could expand into other areas that at this stage are unfathomable.18 months ago they wouldnt have dreamed of being this size,who knows what the future holds.Do your research,invest if you want to,but only what you can afford..there's always a risk you will lose out.Then,if you aren't happy with the way things are going,sell up,move on,and leave everyone else to get on with it.There's only 2 possible reasons for your behaviour on this board :
1) You over-extended at a higher price,now you are underwater and you choose to vent anger rather than support your investment
2) You're playing games
