Hedgefun.Maybe so ,but i think today's drop is largely due to the over-hyping of tomorrow's update,with fear manifesting in capitulation.Many may believe they can sell down and buy back in lower if it drops on Wed morning.Any sudden drop i have witnessed this last year on the back of a bit of shock news has been rapidly bought into,as PIs realise the panic was overdone.Sellers may be correct,but what if the presentation actually goes well ?..depending on news,the SP could easily open up + 20-30% or more..who knows.I've lost count of the number of occasions where i've found myself caught in NT situations as the SP rises steadily in the background.The MMs are prob rubbing their hands with glee at this stage.Haven't been in any share to date without some pain before the gain,.granted,this one's a bit more painful than most but if it's just temporary then i can wait.Sometimes you're up,sometimes you're down..if we were all up all the time then the markets wouldn't exist.

See the usual moanin minnies on here today.Either buy now for your multi-bagger by xmas,or wait til Wed,see if it dips,then pile in,but you will have to be quick to beat the scramble or get locked out.All the bedwetting in the world,today or tomorrow,not gonna change what we already know.It's what lies ahead is why i'm invested,and buying more.Debated/trolled to death at this stage .No clowns need reply,we all know who you are.

@ Bigjock..notbthat you will care,but i think you've let yourself down a bit there with that personal attack on Blu.His/her points were fair,and although there are certainly a few "weirdo's" on here,he/she is not part of the Motley crew of which you speak.Hoping that Tuesday brings a pleasant surprise or 2,but certainly not the D-day that some are making it out to be.

@Bigjohnny..agreed.I'm certainly no fan.Although i do think that if Porton Down had passed Mologic's test then SP would be alot higher than this,but,as you say,dark forces at work.

I think the govt . know what lies ahead for us,but they aren't coming clean,as the general public want to believe that all is well and they're trying to let us enjoy our summer/ get economy moving.This is why they are helping build an indigenous diagnostics industry,because we will all need LFTs and antibody tests to check vaccine performance and protection levels,for a long time

When the vaccine announcements were 1st made,lots of people saying no more need for testing.SP tanked,then rose again upon realisation that testing still required,long term.Now,just because of the success of the vaccine rollout,again,there's no more need for testing.Plenty of evidence out there in the real world that this is completely wrong..and guessbwherebthe SP will go once the penny drops,..again.

"We.are seeimg real progress on a UK-made lateral flow test.We're not quite there YET..."..but it will come.Maybe Avacta,maybe Mologic,maybe neither..point is,if whatever issues involved can be rectified,we will be making this test that Boris is talking about.The DHSC contract will be honoured,probably just in time for the post-summer wave/further restrictions/lockdown.In the meantime,could we be given the nod to make a few million Surescreen or Orient Gene ?

What started out as an honest question to the board has certainly lasted longer than i had foreseen.Great to see the usual saddo doomsdayers emerging from their lonely boltholes,getting themselves all worked up in a tizzy-filled rush to shout down any hint of positivity.Pathetic really.Onwards and upwards ODX (long term i mean..not just in 1 or 2 hours/days)

Great work Crispy,.even more proof of expansion.More staff,more sq.footage,more capacity...obvious now that ODX will continue as an ongoing business post 13th July lol. Anyone else think there's more going on than we are being let know ?

@Aberdeenman.Agreed.So much hiring and upscaling goin on,i think there's a few surprises on the horizon.This will shoot upwards in an instant from here,or lower from here if so happens.This is time to build upon existing position.On a roll elsewhere this week,(couple of miners back in vogue) so hoping ODX will come good soon too.GL.
